It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for… Circuit, HIIT, and Core are back on the gym floor! Come and join us in the functional zone for fun interactive sessions from Monday 19th.

Circuit training – a 45 minute cross training class involving multiple stations, and targeting the whole body.

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training - a 30 minute blast of high energy bodyweight exercises, perfect for boosting fitness levels

Core Conditioning – a 30 minute class focusing on building core stability and strength.
