Located just a short walk from Whitechapel tube and train station, the centre boasts a state-of-the-art-gym with a variety of cardio, strength and functional equipment to help you get the best from your workout, as well as a women's only gym. The studio offers a variety of fitness classes for all abilities including Boxfit, Zumba, Group Cycle, Yoga and many more. The sports hall is well equipped for basketball, badminton, volleyball and available to hire as is our outdoor pitch. We offer a host of facilities and activities for the local community to enjoy.
