Moss Side achieves Excellent in Quest
On 17th June 2021 Moss Side Leisure Centre completed the one day Quest Prime Assessment. Quest is a national benchmark in the leisure industry. The day involved an assessor coming into centre to assess different modules related to the industry, modules included management processes, covid-19 recovery, member journey and community engagement.
There was also a mystery visit that was completed in May 2021 where an assessor used the facility and bookings systems.
The centre received an excellent grade, Moss Side is the first Leisure centre in Manchester to receive this grade and the team are over the moon with the outcome.
We were supported on the day by Councillor Igbon and Kate Cusack from MCRactive. A great achievement all round from the team and wider team at Moss Side Leisure Centre.
