CrossFit Rainhill Trials

The National Squash Centre & Regional Arena hosted the Rainhill Trials event organised by Train Manchester CrossFit on 12^th & 13^th February 2022. Both days were very busy and full of athletes of every level ready to compete as no pre-qualification was required for this particular event. The event is considered one of the most functional fitness competitions within the UK.  There was a special appearance from Terry Holland, the world’s strongest man carrying out a deadlift workshop for the participants to par-take during the break. We received amazing feed back from both days of the event that was run very smoothly and successfully. We look forward to working with Train Manchester for future events.
