If you are looking for a great way to get fit, meet new people, and have fun, squash could be the sports for you. Squash provides an intense cardiovascular and muscular workout – perfect for burning calories.
With a match lasting around 40 minutes, there is plenty of time to take on your friends or colleagues during your lunch break and get back to work or uni feeling invigorated.
Casual courts are available to book throughout the week. We also have a Squash Club and Squash Leagues. You don’t need a partner to join; anyone can come along and play.
Squash Social Sessions (Adults)
Friday 6.00pm - 7.45pm and Sunday 3.00pm - 5.30pm.
Squash Coached Sessions (Juniors)
Sunday 12.00pm - 1.00pm (5-7yrs) 1.00pm - 2.00pm (8-17yrs)
