About Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Varied styles will help to combine physical posture, breathing techniques and relaxation. 

Nowadays yoga is a popular class well known accross the world and a very historic class to! It can even be traced back as far as 5000 years!

Even though yoga is an ancient practice, it has been modified over time to suit the needs and status of the modern day person!

Meet Peter 

 

Peter is an actor, yoga teacher, and breath coach. Peter studied at YMCA fit London, and Yoga teachers college in Barcelona practicing for seven years and teaching for one. Peter teaches a variety of yoga including Hatha, Gravity Yoga and Yoga breating. His Hatha classes are inspired by the Sivanada tradition involving meditation, movement, sun salutations and static positions! Peter is also a mental health first aider and coaches people through breath workto manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep.
