Chris and Shaun will be completing a Wattbike ride to raise money for cancer research. This will be completed over a 24hour period and to add to the challenge they will be using the Sufferfest cycling program.

Both will be aiming to complete at least 18hours worth of peddling each, within the 24hour period, whilst using one of the hardest cycling video’s ever created.

The duo will be completing the challenge in reception, so please come give you support, and we will, of course, be grateful for any donation you can spare.

What is Sufferfest??

If you’re serious about getting faster, then The Sufferfest is your secret weapon.

Structured high-intensity interval workouts are designed to provide maximum benefit with minimum time. These are the same workouts our coaches give to Tour de France riders and Olympic contenders, and include sessions across categories, including Climbing, Base, Endurance, Speed and Race Simulation.
