From the 4th March our new Fitness Class timetable will go live, with our 2 studios fully upgraded, refurbished, and ready to go.

Following extensive reviews and consultation, we are pleased to announce our new and improved Fitness Class timetable will offer 75+ classes a week. 

 

Key Changes

- 5 Early morning sessions starting at 6.30am 

- More Let's Focus session (Our stretch based sessions), such as Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness

- More balance to our program, this has been the most difficult aspect of the process, however we now have a more varied program, so classes such as Pilates and step, are now available in the evening as well as the morning

- Name changes for Dean's Total Body Conditioning (Formerly Body Blitz), this will now been known as Aerobics, which is more suited for the type of class it is.

- Total Body Conditioning refresh. We have tidied up the confusion with this class, and these session will be led as a low impact conditioning class which will vary from instructor to instructor. These may include Resistance band work, Kettlebells and LBT.

- More Water Workout in the evening. You asked we Listened! We will now offer 2 evening Water Workout classes a week.

- Launch  of Let's Target classes. These are small group classes looking to give you a shorter more focus sessions which will help towards your goal.
