Centre Refurbishment

In partnership with North Kesteven District Council, we are pleased to let you know that we're investing over £500,000 at Better Gym Sleaford.

 

The project will begin on 14th January 2018, and will last approximately 15 weeks. You'll soon be able to enjoy:

 

  • An extension to the gym
  • New gym equipment
  • A new studio
  • Updated group cycle equipment
  • Improvements to the changing rooms
  • Reception refresh
  • Renovation of the 3G pitch
  • A fresh new look and feel throughout

All classes and activities will operate as normal throughout the refurbishment project, however, there will be some minor disruptions at the centre:

 

PHASE 1

During phase 1 the x-fit suite will be converted to a new studio. During this time X-fit equipment will be available in one of the squash courts. Some fitness classes may need to be relocated to alternative spaces but notices will be provided to inform you of these changes as they happen.

 

PHASE 2

While we expand and refurbish the gym we will need partially close some areas of the gym. The gym will remain open throughout but we may need to move equipment around to enable this to happen.

 

PHASE 3

The final phase will see the refurbishment of the changing rooms, and the refresh of the reception area. Signage will be in place to direct you to alternative changing facilities during this time. Access arrangements will remain as normal during the reception works.

  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we will try to keep disruption to a minimum whilst we carry out the refurbishment. However, we have also temporarily upgraded your membership to enable you to use Better, Sleaford Leisure Centre at no extra charge throughout the works.
