Our new timetable Launches on the 22nd July
Timetable Changes
We have made some changes to our Fitness class timetable which will come into effect from the 22nd July.
Monday
Mindfulness has now been changed to Yoga at 10.30am
Tuesday
Body Attack will now start at 9.15am
Core Stability will now start at 10.00am
Total Body Conditioning - Kettlebells will now start at 10.05am
Pilates will now start at 11am
Water Workout will now start at 11am
This is to allow us to move Pilates into the big studio to utilize the mirrors and create extra space in the class.
Wednesday
Mindfulness on a Wednesday has been moved from 8pm to 11.45am
Friday
Total Body Conditioning will now be Core stability at 9.30am
The next timetable review will be completed in September and we would like to welcome you to feedback during this time.
There will be a customer forum on the Wednesday 4th September at 12.30pm
