We're running an introduction to fitness event, perfect for beginners who are looking to kick start their journey and also great for those currently looking for some more inspiration and motivation. 

The event will take place on the 25th March between 6pm-7.35pm here at Churchill Sports Centre and it will all be happening in Studio 2 with our intructor Jack.

The classes will all be a short 20 minute session and these will include classes such as, Circuits, Extreme Interval Fitness, Power Pump and Group Cycle.
