50+ stations comprising of plate-loaded machines, resistance machines and cable stations. A large free weights area with a lifting platform, squat racks, smith machine, barbell and dumbell benches.
Our functional area has space for groundwork or stretching. Functional equipment includes TRX, corebags, kettlebells and much more!

We can offer you a gym induction, gym programme with a 4 -6 weeks follow up refocus. We also run Let's Target classes, these include Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Functional and Circuits.
HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU
A gym programme is an hour session, in which your individual goals are discussed to help take that first step towards achieving them. Programmes are reviewed every 4-6 weeks, when you book in for a refocus session.
