50+ stations comprising of plate-loaded machines, resistance machines and cable stations. A large free weights area with a lifting platform, squat racks, smith machine, barbell and dumbell benches.

Our functional area has space for groundwork or stretching. Functional equipment includes TRX, corebags, kettlebells and much more!

We can offer you a gym induction, gym programme with a 4 -6 weeks follow up refocus.  We also run Let's Target classes, these include Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Functional and Circuits.

HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU

A gym programme is an hour session, in which your individual goals are discussed to help take that first step towards achieving them. Programmes are reviewed every 4-6 weeks, when you book in for a refocus session.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN WELLNESS

Keep motivated and track your workout from your smartphone with the mywellnessapp! The mywellness app is downloadable from Google Play and Apple App Store.

Every cardio and resistant machine has a QR code which you simply scan with your camera to log your workout. Mywellness will also teach you the correct techniques and excerises for each machine.

LET'S TARGET CLASSES

Smaller groups for greater focus. These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with a real focus on exercise technique, using a range of equipment and body weight.

Strength & Conditioning
Get stronger and sculpt. These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using equipment and your own bodyweight.

Functional
Increase strength and balance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports.

Cardio
Burn calories and feel great. A series of cardio exercises will get you burning serious calories, and feeling fitter and more energised.

Whether you would like to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or build confidence in the gym. Our PT’s will inspire, excite and motivate you towards achieving your goals.

JUNIOR GYM

Help your child begin a healthy routine now and it could help them stay fit long into the future. Our Junior Gym sessions are aimed at children aged 11 - 15 years.

An induction is compulsary for any juniors wishing to use our gym. This is included in the Health and Fitness Junior membership but can also be booked on a pay and play basis.

Junior gym sessions run on week days up to 17:30 or anytime at the weekend.
