Tim Farrington, Tadworth LC Duty Manager will be running this year's London Marathon in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. Tim's motivation for running the Marathon is his 4 year daughter Olivia, who at just 3 months of age was diagnosed with Saggittal Craniosyntosis. After being told she would need emergency surgery, little Olivia has battled for over 3 years, having to undergo a number of treatments and procedures.

Tim and the whole of his family are extremley grateful to the staff from Great Ormond Street Hospital, who have been instrumental in keeping his young daughter both happy and healthy.

Tim is set to run the London Marathon on 28th April, having already raised over £3,000 and is hoping to raise £5,000 by the time he laces up his running shoes for the big race.
