Kick Start the New Year with New Classes

We will be introducing a new early morning Group Cycle class with Tracy at 6.45am on Fridays!
Come and try Total Body Conditioning with Layla on a Wednesday at 10.30am
New Friday Aerobics (TBC) with Kate at 10.50am
The Monday evening Pump/Circuits class will be at the revised time of 6.45pm and the Group Cycle at the revised time of 8pm and both classes will be taken by Stacey.
