Let’s Target
We run = Strength and Conditioning, Stamina and Endurance, Core Stability
'Smaller groups for greater focus. These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with real focus on exercise technique.'
Classes are held in the hall or Studio and have a limited capacity, classes can be booked online or in the centre in advance.
