50+ Aerobics and Racquets Sport Session

A session available to all of our 50+ members and local residents. Our 50+ session begins with an hour of gentle group Aerobics, run by our fully qualified instructor Stella, who tailors the class in a way that everyone is able to join in. Targeting functional and practical exercises to make our hearts healthier and muscles stronger.

The Aerobics is 11.00am-12.00 after an hour of Badminton and Table Tennis, with all the equipment provided.

The session runs every Tuesday from 10am-12pm.

Walking Football

Walking football is a session suitable for anyone who would like to get a bit fitter but can't handle the rigours of a 5-a-side game. Walking is the aim of the game with sliding tackles not allowed and the ball must not go above waist height, all in the aid of encouraging continual play and aiding participation.

The session runs every friday from 9am-10am and are indoors.

50+ Table Tennis

Table tennis is a session suitable for anyone who would like to get a bit better at table tennis but also enjoy the social side of playing in a group. Participants play singles and doubles and rotate round the group.

The session runs every Wednesday from 12.30-2.00pm and Fridays 10.30am-12.00
