Our class of the month for November is Circuits.

 

Circuit classes take place on a Wednesday and Friday 12:15 - 13:00.

 

Circuits is an intense full-body workout looking for immense results. You'll be put through your paces with high-energy interval training designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a little bit of healthy competition with those around you.

 

The class is best for those looking to improve their strength and endurance and burns approximately 480 calories an hour.

 

We also run over 50's circuit classes that take place on a Tuesday 10:15 - 11:15 or Thursday 10:00 - 11:00. The class aims at promoting the health benefits of exercise and focuses on movements that older adults use on a daily basis. The class also encourages socialising with like-minded people.
