Les Mill Body Pump™

For anyone looking to get lean and toned. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scienifically proven moves and techniques. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Group Cycle

Pedal your way to fitness. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to upligting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline-focused classes.

Floatfit ®Exreme Interval Fitness

Floatfit®. The Floatfit class is a 30 minute interval workout that includes burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank ....All on Water! This low impace, cross training class gives you a fun full body workout.

Les Mills: Body Combat™

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high energy, martial arts inspired workout that is totally non contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.



Feel better on the inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes, which will have you feeling refreshed and revived.


Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout. Great for lengthening and strengthening your cored.

During BODYBALANCE you'll bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Aqua Fit

Refresh yourself. These invigorating effective, but low impace workouts int he water are easy on your joints. Choose from one of our themed or discipline based classes. Great for mobility and stress relief.

Body Step™

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs is a the heart of BODYSTEP™ - a full body cardio workout to really tone your bottom and thighs. You'll combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. Massive calorie burner.


An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Guaranteed to make you sweat.
