Would you like to try something new? 

Our ladies circuit classes ran by Better fitness instructor, Penny, is perfect for beginners who are looking to increase their fitness levels, lose weight and feel happier in a social environment. The class includes a mixture of cardiovascular, strength and core training too! 

Com and join us at St Johns C of E School Hall in Wellington every Tuesday evening 7.30 - 8.15pm (term time only). 

No need to book, just turn up for the class, only £3 per session.

Sessions are supported by Knightstone Housing - Creating Active Communities project.
