We are delighted to announce that Telford Tennis Centre and Decathlon Telford have come together to form an exciting new partnership, which will only aid in both parties efforts to break down barriers for people young and old to get involved in sport in the local area.
Both ourselves and Decathlon share the same goal, to make sport accessible for all. Breaking down barriers such as cost, to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy great sport and exercise, leading to healthier lifestyles.
At Decathlon, they offer a wide range of sporting products and with their Tennis equipment, they make a range of high quality items affordable. Their very own Tennis brand 'Artengo', is their trailblazer in this, offering high quality junior rackets for as little as £6.99!
As many of you are already aware, here at Telford Tennis Centre we very much share the ethos that sport (in our case Tennis) should be accessible for all and we aim to break down any barriers which may prevent people from otherwise taking up this great sport.
As an added bonus, Decathlon Telford have kindly and most generously donated over £200 worth of junior Tennis equipment to our coaching programme here, this really does signify how positive such a relationship will be going forward and we can't wait to see our junior players taking to the court with this brand new equipment!
