Meet the Manager

Hello, my name is Paul and I am the General Manager here at Faringdon LC in the Vale of White Horse partnership.

I have a long history and background in leisure management, starting as a lifeguard back when I was only 16 after completing my work experience in my local leisure centre and really enjoying the atmosphere and daily challenges that working in leisure offers. I genuinely really enjoy my job and I am lucky enough to get to work with such a fantastic team.

We always strive to put customer service at the forefront of everything we do and try and make sure each customer leaves having as best of an experience at the centre as possible. As a local community leisure centre we aim to be a hub for the community, not just offering a gym and swimming pool but being so much more by providing activities for all ages, backgrounds and sporting ability.

I really enjoy working with hard working, motivated, aspirational people who want to better themselves and who strive to improve the standards and service that we can offer our customers and members on a day to day basis, speaking direct with our members to find out what they want in their leisure centre and how best we put that into effect.

I am here most days, so if you have any queries or just want to have a chat, I will always try and make myself available, otherwise please feel free to drop me an email and I will respond.
