Spa Pool and Health Suite NOW OPEN!

• Book a timeslot via the Better UK app
• Barcode entry will be required at Reception gates and into our Spa Pool area.
• Come “Spa ready” if you can including showering before you set off if possible
• Changing areas and lockers will be available for use, you will however have limited time to get ready after your spa session
• Over 16 years only are permitted
• Members must adhere to the social distance rules and capacity rules of each area within the thermal spa.
• Heat Rooms will only be open between 10am- 3pm & 4pm - 8pm and on Weekdays 9am - 12pm & 1pm - 4pm. 
• Spa Pool will be open 6am - 9pm Weekdays and 9am - 4pm Weekends. 
• Wear a face covering when entering and leaving the building and transitioning to and from activities. You are not required to wear a face mask whilst taking part in an activity.
