GO TRI Acomb Family Triathlon, 1st September 2018
Event Overview
400m Swim /1km Cycle / 600m Run. The swim will be in a relay format with each team member taking a turn in the pool, before all members going out on the cycle and run together.

This is a family event and the ethos is about trying something new while having some fun as a family. Therefore the event will not be timed, allowing you plenty of time to change and prepare between disciplines.
Teams can be made up of 5 family members but must include 1 responsible adult (over the age of 18yrs). The entry fee for the whole family team is £10 making this a great value introduction to the world of triathlon
