Access to Council Services while Bromley Libraries are closed

In order to protect staff and customers Bromley Council and GLL have closed all Bromley Libraries until further notice.

For Library Customers who use the Library to access other Council services e.g. to pay their Council Tax or to use Library computers to access housing or benefits information, support and advice is available from Bromley Council by phone or e mail-see details below
For customers who make cash Council Tax payments using the kiosk at Penge please call 0300 303 8670
For Housing queries please call 020 8313 4098

For benefit queries and information please call 0300 303 8670
For general enquiries please contact the LBB switchboard who can re-direct your query to the relevant department Tel 020 8464 3333

Please be patient as due to the national situation regarding COVID-19, the Council can only operate a restricted service via our phone lines and may offer reduced opening hours.
