We are excited to be launching weelky Yoga sessions here at Earlsfield Library starting Monday 3rd September 6:00 - 6:55pm.

Our classes offer a range of traditional yoga exercises to improve your well being, building your strength and flexibility with an experienced instructor to support you along the way. 

 Yoga is proven to improve:

  • Strength
  • Concentration
  • Anxiety
  • Everyday stresses

Sessions run weekly on Monday 6:00 - 6:55pm
