The classes cost £9 and run on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 12.30-1.30pm. They are great for building your strength and flexibility with an experienced instructor to support you along the way. Our classes offer a range of traditional yoga and Pilates exercises to help you increase your inner strength, improve your well being and much more.
