Junior Gym at John Orwell Sports Centre

Are you 11-15 years old? Looking to get active?

Why not come down and bring a friend for a FREE trial at John Orwell Sports Centre.

Our Junior times are:

Monday- Friday: 4.00-6.00pm

Saturday & Sunday 2.00-5.00pm


All children should be physically active for at least one hour per day. Physical activity helps: 

  • Improve cardiovascular health
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Improve bone health
  • Improve self confidence
  • Develop new social skills

All customers will be required to fill out a health questionnaire and complete a gym induction.
