Caversham Room

Playing host to some of the finest interiors within the venue itself, the Caversham Room is ideal for a large wedding. Hosting up to 600 people with a private entrance available for your exclusive use, this grand carpeted room is the ideal room for your perfect day. The private entrance means you can arrive exclusively at your venue to be surrounded by friends and loved ones from start to finish. Boasting a welcoming and warm atmosphere, this room is available for hire between April and September only, making it an exclusive venue for any wedding. This also means that the room sees the best of the spring and summer sunshine throughout the day giving it a luxurious feel whilst filling the room itself with natural light. Flattering for photos and perfect for morning and afternoon events, the Caversham room is an ideal choice for early spring or sweeping summer events, exhibitions and especially big days. Booking early for the best dates as well as the best of the British weather is advisable as this luxurious room is exclusive and a must have venue. 

Thames Suite

By far the most versatile of all our event spaces, the Thames Suite offers the option of using the space as a substantial whole or being divided into smaller spaces. To accommodate the need for multi-functionality this space has been carefully designed to take into consideration those who need multi-purpose space within the one area. Boasting an intimate low level ceiling, the Thames Suite is designed to be a hospitable space for relaxed as well as informal or comfortable business ventures and meetings. As a multitalented space, the Thames Suite can be used as a meeting space as well as an ante chamber depending on your need. Comfortably seating a conference of 300, or an intimate evening of fine dinning for just over one hundred, makes this venue perfect for weddings. The Thames Suite is also equipped with power supply options as well as seating supplies to cater to your needs and the vision of your event. The Thames Suite is larger than it appears with a capacity to suit most conferences or special occasions.
