We’re seeking expressions of interest from customers who would be interested in joining our new customer forum.
ABOUT THE CUSTOMER FORUM
A Customer Forum meeting will be held every 3 months, and will last 60–90 minutes, with the minutes published for all customers to read. The key aims of the forum are:
- To proactively seek feedback from customers to further improve our service
- To provide updates on what’s happening in the centre, and our future improvement plans, and to give customers the opportunity to help shape and influence these
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for at least one male and one female customer to represent each of the following:
- Fitness swimming
- Swimming lessons / junior activities (parents)
- Group fitness classes
- Women-only sessions
- Disabled customers (variety of activities)
You will be representing all users of your chosen activity, so will ideally be passionate about it, will regularly engage with other customers and will be able to bring their feedback to the meeting, and filter information from the forums back to other customers.
Expressions of interest should be made in writing to Richard Gallagher, General Manager, either via reception or firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the activity you would like to represent, and briefly explaining why you feel you would be the right person to do so.
The closing date is 10th March, and the first forum will be held in late March.
