Fancy trying out rebounding this March? We have a new beginners rebounding class launching from this Monday 13th March between 1pm and 2pm with Penney.

This class will be targetted at beginners who have not tried rebounding before and will be at a lower intensity than the current rebounding classes that take place on Monday evenings and Saturday lunchtimes.

Rebounding is a low impact class that takes place on mini trampolines. It’s fun, energising and infectious! This class will improve cardiovascular fitness and can burn up to 600 calories per class.
