As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the customer experience at Better, Oasis Sports Centre, we are setting up a customer and member user group. The aim of this group will be to meet quarterly in an informal setting in the Better Coffee Corner to discuss improvements to the centre and get feedback from a broad range of customers using the different facilities in the centre.
We are looking for the group to be between 5-8 people who are either members or regular customers, using any of the activities in the centre (be it fitness classes, the gym, swimming pools, squash courts or indeed all of the centre facilities!). The meetings will be attended by Alex, the General Manager of Oasis Sports Centre and David, Better’s Partnership Manager for Camden, as well as representatives of our partners at the London Borough of Camden, so there will be plenty of avenues to feed back on the customer experience.
