Junior Gym
We are extending our Junior Gym slots over the summer with access from morning till night!

Our Junior Gym sessions are for young people aged between 11 and 15. To access, you must have completed a gym induction with a member of our fitness team and have either a full memebrship or a Pay & Play card.
Ages 11 and 12
Can access Cardio equipment within the gym facility
Ages 13 to 15
Can access Cardio equipment within the gym facility and use the first level on the resistance machines.
