When it comes to fitness classes at Pancras Square Leisure the timetable is jam-packed with classes, at varied times and locations within the centre, to ensue that we can meet the needs of all of our members.

Our two studios are beautiful spaces dedicated to fitness classes of different degrees of difficulty. They are fully equipped with mats, blocks, bands and balls so that you can maximise your workout time and make every minute count.

We will be highlighting a different fitness class every month, so that you can try something new, either to add to, or improve, your current fitness plan here at Pancras Square Leisure. This month the fitness class is Total Body Conditioning.
