The progressive six week course runs from Monday 19th June to Wednesday 26th July and takes place at Odd Down Sports Ground. This course is capped at twelve participants and includes two classes a week for six weeks:
Class 1 -Bootcamp class - Mondays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Intense workout for immense results. We’ll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition.
Better for: Strength, stamina and endurance

Class 2 - Extreme Interval Fitness - Wednesday 5:15pm-5:45pm
Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.
