If you answered yes to any of the above please attend our new Stretch and Tone class, suitbale for all ages and abilitys - Specifically for those loooking to return to exercise after a period of non exercising or injury rehabilitation.

Free for prepaid members, £2.40 pay as you go.

All participants will need to complete a pre activity questionnaire prior to their first session and to inform the instructor of any current or previous medical illnesses or injuries that may be effected by taking part in exercise.
