Ryan is our lead junior triathlon coach and coordinator for the highly successful junior programme.

Ryan has won for being energetic and self-driven in his role – he’s always on the move and proactive in looking for the next job to tackle to improve the junior triathlon programme at Maindy Centre.

Ryan is always willing to do extra tasks to push himself out of his comfort zone with the aim of making things better for the centre.

Ryan's talents do not stop though with Junior Triathlon he is also a lead swimming teacher for our successful swim school and is a coach for our popular kids learn to ride cycling session at Maindy.

We love how motivated he is.

Thanks for being a great asset to our team Ryan!

WHAT IS TRIATHLON?

Triathlon is a multi-discipline sport consisting of swimming, cycling and running, and is a great sport to keep active. Plus, by taking on the three disciplines, you can keep training fun and varied too!
