Newquay Leisure World Open Day

On 13th January 2024 we are hosting a whole day of fun fuelled activities that range from, group exercise classes, access to gym for free and much more!

From 10am-3pm, members as well as their families and friends will be able to join in the fun for free. Any non-members attending will need to simply create a free membership in advance here https://bookings.better.org.uk/register. This will enable people to book into any of the free sessions and will give easy access to the centre on the day. Booking is essential and sessions can be booked up to 6 days in advance of the open day.

Alongside this we are running a free senior morning, so if you are 55+ come in and have a cup of tea/coffee and some biscuits while having a natter to other users and our friendly staff. You will also be able to get a free health check with Kerri, from Blood pressure checks to Body analyses. Also a chance to try out on of our senior Kettlebells class with Kerri, this is a great chance to get your fitness journey back on track. 

With the utility bills still high, as part of the our open day, we are opening our warm spaces up to those in need, if you are looking for a warm place of yourself and your family or just looking for somewhere to socialise, come along to Newquay leisure world between 1.30pm-3pm where you can enjoy a warm drink, some biscuits and a natter or play some board games, there are also free hot showers available.
