This summer we are super excited to announce that we are taking our Elevate classes to the great outdoors! Get ready to elevate your fitness routine with our Dynamic Core Blast HIIT classes by the canal.
Not only are there numerous benefits to outside exercise, but being outdoors may help you better accomplish your health and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to improve your cardiovascular health, build muscle, or get a little extra vitamin D, we guarantee that taking even just one of your weekly workout sessions outdoors this summer, will put that extra spring in your step. Multiple studies have established that exercise has a positive impact on mood and happiness. In fact, it has been linked to reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression and a greater feeling of overall happiness. But, there is also evidence that doing that exercise outdoors may have an even greater impact.
We will be hosting multiple exciting outdoor fitness pop-ups across the King's Cross estate this summer, including 'Silent Disco Cycle in the Sun' and 'Elevate HIIT in the Heat' so keep your eyes peeled for information on those and how you can book your space. This summer at King's Cross Fitness, we want to make the most of all of the beautiful outdoor space we have on our doorstep and encourage our community of amazing members to do the same.
