To celebrate International Women's Day on Friday 8th March we will be offering a selection of fitness classes in the centre for customers to participate in!

International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. 

The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Inspire Inclusion.

When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women.

To celebrate and support International Women's Day Crystal Palace National Sports Centre will be opening up the following fitness classes/ swim sessions (advanced booking required):

- HIIT- 10:00am, with Fitness Team

Focusing on high-energy interval training this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your stamina.

- Zumba - 12:30pm, with Gail

Zumba is such a fun way to combine exercise with dance, you won't even realise you're working out! Take to the floor and shake it to an infectious routine of easy to follow steps and moves in a sociable party atmosphere.

 - Swim Doctor - 1:30pm and 7:00pm with Andrei

Swim Doctor is Better’s adult swimming programme for all your swimming needs. Whether you want to learn to swim, improve your technique, fitness or train for an event, our Swim Doctors will help make the most of your time in the pool in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 

- Swim for Fitness Womens Only - 9pm 

Swimming is a great low impact way to get fit and healthy. The Swim for Fitness sessions at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre take place in slow, medium and fast lanes, so you can take things at your own pace.
