We are excited to announce the addition of several new fitness classes to our already dynamic line-up. These classes are designed to cater to a wide range of interests and fitness levels. Join us as we introduce Group Cycle, Power Pump, Circuit Training, Strength and Conditioning for juniors, Cardio for juniors, Yoga for over 60s, and Mindfulness for over 60s. Here's a brief overview of each class:

1. Group Cycle: Get your heart pumping and legs moving in this high-energy cycling class. Led by our expert instructors, you'll experience a challenging and exhilarating ride that will improve your cardiovascular fitness.

2. Power Pump: This class combines resistance training exercises with the use of barbells and weights. Build strength and tone your muscles as you work through a variety of full-body exercises.

3. Circuit Training: A total body workout, Circuit Training combines strength and aerobic exercises in a circuit format. Move through various stations targeting different muscle groups for a challenging and effective workout.

4. Strength and Conditioning for juniors: Specifically designed for young athletes, this class focuses on improving strength, power, and agility. Our certified trainers will guide juniors through age-appropriate exercises to enhance their athletic performance.

5. Cardio for juniors: A fun and energetic class tailored for younger participants. Kids will engage in aerobic activities, games, and challenges that will boost their cardiovascular fitness while having a blast.

6. Yoga for over 60s: Designed specifically for our more mature participants, this class offers a gentle approach to yoga that promotes flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Our instructors will guide you through poses and techniques that are safe and suitable for older adults.

7. Mindfulness for over 60s: Take a moment to unwind and rejuvenate in this class that focuses on mindfulness and meditation techniques. Learn how to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of calm and tranquillity.
