On Saturday 2nd September, Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club celebrates its 10th Birthday following it’s reopening in 2013. To mark the occasion the club will be hosting a fun member event. The event will be held in the Club from 10am - 2pm and will consist of a number of fun activities including but not limited to:

Lilo racing

Ready, set, go! Give in to your competitive streak and take on friends, family and Charlton Lido staff in our Lilo race.

Water Polo

If you love to swim, and love being part of team you will love water polo. Join us on the day for a fun match in our glorious lido.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise done in water. These classes are suitable for everyone - regardless of age or ability - combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout

Family Swimming

We believe that swimming should be fun for the entire family from little ones to not so little ones. We will have Toddler Splash, Swim for Fitness & Swim for all sessions available on the day to ensure everyone can enjoy our pools.

Open Air Group Cycle Taster Classes

Are you an avid cycling fan? Our Group Cycle classes are fantastic and will help you by not only improve your endurance but also strengthen your lower body and with views over the pool and a fresh breeze in your hair it will no doubt make your experience even Better!

Live music

If you are a regular Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club used, you may spot a familiar face in this act! A DJ and Saxophonist will entertain us on the day and will take song requests – from Jazz to House, Disco and R&B music.

Food

With so many active activity choices on the day we want to make sure you are treated to a well-deserved treat on the day, so we have organised cakes and snacks to keep you going.

Master Swim Doctor Classes

Do you want advice from our resident Swim Coaches? Look no further – Our resident Swim Coaches will be delivering a one off special Swim Doctor Master Class on the day.

Due to limited tickets being available, we will be selling tickets via a phased approach:

1. Members with their home club as Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club
2. Members of Better
3. General public

This event is open to adults and children alike; Please remember Swim Safely rules apply  at all times and children cannot be left unattended at any point.

Tickets will be free for prepaid Charlton Lido Members, and £15 per adult and £5 per child for Non Members and other Better Members and will include food and activities on the day.

Event Tickets will be available to book via the website and Better UK app from 26th August. Full T&C’s and event details will be released by the club ahead of the ticket release.
