Kings Hall is happy to announce fitness classes have now been added to the junior programme.

Young people experience physical and behavioural changes and they become adults, this journey to adulthood is essential and what better way to help then being more active through our fitness classes.

We run 3 junior classes during the week.

Monday 4.30pm-5.00pm Circuits

Thursday 4.30pm Strength and Conditioning

Saturday 3.00pm-3.30pm Cardio

These classes are run by our fitness instructor team. These are bookable via the Better UK app or in the centre at reception.

Full junior programme is available to view on our website. We always welcome feedback on our programmes and activities we run at Kings Hall so please let us know of anyway we can improve this by emailing us. kingshall@gll.org
