Following the success of our Giving Tree initiative last year with over 700 gifts being donated, this year the trees have returned with the aim of providing even more gifts than before, to children and families who might not otherwise receive one, especially in the current cost of living crisis.

Customers who would like to donate a present can do so by taking a tag from the tree, buying a present for the age of child noted on the tag, and returning it to the centre. Presents need to be at centres before 12th December in order to reach children in time for Christmas. However, centres will continue to accept gifts following this date, without the guarantee of Christmas Day arrival.

West Reservoir Centre will be donating presents to the Winter Toy Appeal, which is being organised by the Local Buyers Club in Stoke Newington.  Local Buyers Club will then reach out to community centres, schools, social workers, children's centres, the council, refuges and more. Last year they provided over 6000 presents to children across north and east London, with the help of our centres.

Local Offer have made a wishlist of presents they’re looking for, which you can find here: wintertoyappeal.com

If you have any questions feel free to speak to our staff in centre.
