Car Parking Changes Are On Their Way!

Please take note of these brand new Hillingdon borough car parking changes so you don’t get caught out!

As part of the Hillingdon council parking improvements within the borough; there will be upcoming changes to all Better car parking. From the 1st February 2023, the maximum length of stay for all Hillingdon car parks will be 4 hours; this will include both permit holders and for Pay and Display customers.

Also some great news, our car parking is getting greener by going paperless for our permit holders! This does mean that from 1st July 2023 all blue paper permits will no longer be valid. Please do come and see our front of house team at reception if you are entitled to a new virtual permit before this date. Our receptionist will check your membership details; take your car registration and upload them into the system; please then make sure you have received your confirmation email before removing your paper permit. (Please note that we currently run a one permit per membership policy.)

Once your brand new virtual permit is registered, then there will be no more forgetting to put it on your dashboard or it sliding down as you close the door in a gust of wind; these new permits will help you to have one less thing to worry about when you are working on your health and well-being with Better.

*Only full prepaid Better Health membership holders are entitled to a 4 hour free parking permits.  *

As council run car parks, Blue/Brown Badge Holders will be able to continue to use their badges as directed on the Hillingdon borough council website. Hillingdon First Card users will also still continue to get reduced parking rates for Pay and Display parking.

  • Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre
  • Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre
  • Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex
