After listening to our member’s feedback on fitness classes we are pleased to announce that we now have a wide range of junior strength and conditioning classes for our members aged between 11–15 years of age. These classes are completed by our amazing fitness team who are all fully qualified fitness instructors, they will ensure you get the most out of the sessions, meet your targets while making sure that all juniors are completing the exercises safely and effectively. The sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises including battle ropes, punch bags, core bags and kettle bells as well as your own bodyweight i.e. squats, lunges and press ups. These classes are best for building strength while also conditioning the body. All classes will take place between 4pm–4.30pm in our recently refurbished functional zone on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our new functional zone has state of the art equipment such as the x-cube frame, sled and other amazing functional equipment that you will not find in your standard gym. All classes will need to be pre-booked via the Better UK app or at reception, we look forward to seeing you there.

We have continuously received great feedback regarding our adult functional classes that also take place in our state of the art functional zone, our fitness team-led classes are constantly busy with members on the waiting list. Members have asked for more classes so they are not missing out and we have listened. We have increased the amount of functional classes delivered on a weekly basis from 4 to 10 classes, an additional 6 classes a week and a massive 60% increase. This was due to the popular demand of the class. All classes will need to be pre-booked via the Better UK app or at reception.
