JOIN US IN CELEBRATING 5 YEARS OF VAUXHALL LEISURE CENTRE
To celebrate Vauxhall Leisure Centre’s 5th Birthday we are hosting a free open day on Saturday 2nd September.
All of our activities are bookable online or through our BETTER app and will include the below programme;
- 10:00-12:00 Gym
- 10:00-11:30 Swim Doctor Learn - Adult learn to swim session
- 12:00-13:30 Strength & Conditioning
- 12:00-13:00 Swim for All
- 13:00-14:00 Swim for All
- 15:00-15:55 Strength & Conditioning
- 16:15-17:15 Yoga
Not only will we be offering a wide range of free actvities throughout the day for all of our customers and members to book but we will also be running fitness challenges offering prizes and goodie prizes as part of our spinning wheel game which will be set up in teh reception area. Spin the wheel and you could win a prize or face a fitness challenge such as 10 sit ups, 10 squats or even 10 press ups.
Since the popular centre opened in 2019 we have seen so many of our loyal customers visit us on a regular basis which has made the centre a hub for the local community in the north of the borough.
Sabrina, Vauxhall resident said "i take my children to swim every week and always enjoy our time speaking to the friendly staff in reception and around the centre. My two children learnt to swim here and they love coming swimming now as they had a great time".
