To vary your workout why not try a fitness class. We offer a range of classes - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment. Choose from: Pilates, Zumba, Body Pump, Body Combat, Group Cycle, Tai-Chi, Boxfit, Fit Steps and Circuits.

The fitness class studios:

Studio 1 is large and bright with mirrored walls and hosts approximately 25 classes a week. The studio is well equiped ensuring everyone attending has everything they need for their workout. 

Studio 2 is dedicated to instructor led group cycle classes with 25 bikes. The studio is also available to members who want to configure their own classes through use of our MY-Ride system.

Water workout / Aquatone is also offered in the main pool 4 times a week.

TLC have the latest Technogym bikes. just some of the features include; Self powering consoles that have the ability to link to an app to get the most out of your workouts. Magnetic resistance knob with intuitive graphics & tactile clicks every 45 degrees - which make precise adjustments between the 20 resistance levels incredibly easy. Power meter accuracy in watts is accurate to +/- 2%. The 170mm (6.7in.) space between the pedals is the same as outdoor road bikes, ensuring the ideal fit, proper posture and uncompromising performance.
