Abbey Meadow Outdoor Pool opens for the 2023 season on Saturday 22nd July
Set on the banks of The River Thames it’s the perfect destination for a great family day out.
The season will run all the way through until Sunday 3rd September.
The pool will operate a selection of swim for fitness and swim for all sessions, meaning there is something for everyone this year.
The pool will operate a trickle feed entry system as in previous years.
To avoid disappointment during hot weather you must book in advance. The pool is heated throughout the season.
Advance bookings for members opens on Sunday 16th July, with non-member bookings opening on Tuesday 18th July.

Alongside the pool the splash pad is open daily between 9.00-6.00pm. Set outside the compound it’s the perfect place to keep the little ones entertained for hours with a selection of jets and sprinklers.
Accessible both from the swimming pool and the splash pad the kiosk will be open daily from Saturday July 22nd serving a selection of snacks and ice creams, the perfect way to cool off after a hot day.
New this year is a brand new coffee machine selling a selection of speciality coffees this year.
Coming later this summer will be Diving course for Juniors, so if you have ever wanted to learn now is the chance.
As with previous years the pool will extend its opening hours on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday based on the weather and demand. Please check our website and our social media platforms for information on this.
