Something isnt working in the Healthy habits coach feature

Please check the following:

  • Make sure you have a working internet connection.
  • Refresh the Powered by Holly Health coaching page, by pressing the refresh button (arrow going in a circle) in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • If you are still experiencing an issue, try closing the Better UK app completely and then rebooting it.
  • If you are having an issue with a particular feature, you can check for FAQs about that feature within the Help Centre.
  • If still stuck, contact the Better Customer Service Centre via this email address livebettersupport@gll.org.
