Are you brave enough to take on our assault course? With a range of obstacles to climb, duck and dodge it's the ultimate challenge! Why not take on a friend and see who can finish the assault course first! To attend this session you must be 8 years or older. All attendees aged 15 and under are required to wear a life jacket. |

| Swim For All |
A general Swim Session for all ages and abilities for fun and fitness. One competent adult (16yrs+) swimmer may supervise up to 2 under 8s or non swimmers under 16 at a time. Your booking is for 1 hour and includes changing time. |

| Swim For Fitness |
Lane Swimming to suit all speeds to ensure you get the most out of your swim. Competent lane swimmers over the age of 11 are allowed to book Swim For Fitness sessions. Swimmers aged 11-15 should be competent swimmers of a club standard. If not, they need to be accompanied by a competent swimmer aged 16+. Your booking is for 1 hour and includes changing time. |

A general swim for people with any disability for all ages and abilities for fun and fitness. Parents and carers are welcome to join the session. | Swim for Women and Children |
